He brings over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate practice and has represented major corporations, lenders, developers and owners in advising, negotiating agreements and preparing all legal documents involving transactions for the leasing, purchase, sale and development of various real estate.

Dave Nielsen
David Nielsen graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1978 and practices with Erickson | Sederstrom in the areas of estate planning, probate and charitable giving. He is admitted to practice in all state courts and federal courts in Nebraska. He works closely with Erickson | Sederstrom clients in not only planning their estates, but also advising them in the making of substantial outright and planned gifts to their favorite charitable organizations and private foundations. He also works with families in seeing that the plans are effectively carried out once a loved one has passed away.

Alan Wood serves as the Chair of Erickson | Sederstrom Estate, Probate and Trust Law Practice Group and has built his practice specializing in estate planning, probate and trust administration. Elected as a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Alan has provided legal services in the areas estate, probate and trust administration for more than thirty years. Alan routinely represents clients in the County Court in matters related to probate, trust administration as well as guardianship and conservatorship.
