Erickson & Sederstrom's Litigation Division is comprised of Nebraska trial attorneys who represent clients in civil lawsuits involving matters ranging from personal injury claims to complex commercial contract claims.

Our group is managed by attorneys that each have more than 22 years of experience in the practice of law and have represented clients involved in civil litigation in the state and federal courts in Nebraska and elsewhere.

Division members are experienced in handling personal injury lawsuits involving motor vehicle negligence, premises negligence and products liability claims, in some cases representing plaintiffs and in others representing insured or self-insured defendants. Members of the Division also offer expertise and experience in workers' compensation claims and in complex corporate and commercial litigation areas, which often require scientific and technological expertise.
