Jerald L. Rauterkus

Jerry is a senior member of the Erickson | Sederstrom litigation department.  He is a 1985 graduate from Creighton Law School; while at Creighton, Jerry was also a member of the Law Review.  He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nebraska; additionally, he is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado.  Jerry’s practice area includes multi-party litigation for nonprofits, product liability, transportation litigation, and workers’ compensation.  He is on the Board of Directors  of Erickson | Sederstrom.  Additionally, Jerry is on the Board of Directors The Harmonie Group.  The Harmonie Group is a network of independent law firms specializing in defense of businesses, self-insureds, and representing the insurance industry.  The Harmonie Group includes 73 United States firms and several international member firms.  Prior to attending law school, Jerry taught at the secondary level and while doing so received his master degree in educational administration.  Outside of his practice of law, Jerry is very involved in his local community serving on the board of the Linden Estates Development Subdivision, serving as president of the Parish Council, St. Vincent DePaul Parish and currently serves as president of the Booster Club of Mount Michael Benedictine High School.
