Mark M. Schorr is a Senior Partner in the law ﬁrm of Erickson I Sederstrom, P.C., LLO, and has been a member of the ﬁrm since 1985. Mr. Schorr is the Chairman of the ﬁrm’s labor and employment law practice group. He represents numerous local and national employers. Mr. Schorr is the Nebraska member and representative in the Employers Counsel Network (ECN), a network including many of the top labor and employment law specialty ﬁrms and practices in the United States. He is the Editor of the Nebraska Employment Law Letter. He is also a contributing editor to Tlze Developmg Labor Law, a leading authoritative treatise published by the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA). Mr. Schorr is a frequent lecturer and presenter, both locally and regionally/nationally, and has authored or co-authored numerous books, training materials and publications on a broad range of humanresources, and labor and employment law topics. Mark is a member of the Labor Relations Council of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
