Mr. Humble is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. Before entering into private practice, he was City Attorney of Lincoln, Nebraska. In private practice he has served as outside legal counsel for Lincoln Electric System since 1979. As such, he is an expert in electric utility matters and public power matters. He represents private clients before a number of state and local governmental entities including the Public Service Commission, Liquor Control Commission, Department of Health, Educational Land and Funds and the Lincoln City Council, Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Commission, Lancaster County Board and numerous other governmental agencies and commissions. Mr. Humble has over thirty years experience in representing both private and public clients in all aspects of eminent domain.
He is a former Lincoln City Attorney and is the Vice
President and Managing Partner of the Erickson & Sederstrom Lincoln office.
From 1979 to the present, Mr.
Humble has served as outside legal counsel to Lincoln Electric System (Nebraska),
also serving as its General Counsel during 2009‑10.
He has represented a number
of national clients in connection with real estate, zoning and land development
matters.
