Richard J. Gilloon
Born in Omaha and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, Mr. Gilloon’s cases involve injuries, property damage, construction, business disputes, insurance claims, will and trust disputes, and administrative appeals. He represents both individual and corporate clients in resolving their disputes, whether in trial or mediation.
He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. He is active in alumni organizations for the University of Notre Dame and Creighton University School of Law, and is fan of the University of Nebraska and University of Iowa Wrestling teams. He is Past-President and Current Board Member of the Bethlehem House, a supportive housing residence for homeless, pregnant women and a long-time member of St. Margaret Mary’s Parish. Rich and his wife Kate have three grown children.
