Amelia focuses her legal expertise on Labor and Employment as well as Litigation. Her unique blend of skills, experiences, and a genuine heart for social work positions Amelia as an attorney who excels in the courtroom and profoundly understands the human element of the cases they handle.
Amelia excelled inside and outside the classroom during her time at Creighton. Her commitment to scholarship, loyalty, and service led to her induction into Alpha Sigma Nu, a prestigious Jesuit honors society. Amelia also earned the Order of Barristers, recognizing exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
Amelia's legal journey at Creighton was further enriched through various roles and experiences where she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, helping fellow students develop critical research and writing skills. As a research assistant to Catherine Brooks, Amelia had the opportunity to delve into the world of legal scholarship, gaining valuable insights and knowledge. She also proudly represented her school in the National ABA Arbitration Competition, showcasing her skills and dedication nationally.
Additional Information
Amelia values quality time spent with family and friends outside the office. She stays active and maintains a love for recreational soccer and reading.
