Samuel Clark

Samuel E. Clark graduated from Drake University Law School in 1977 and received an L.L.M. (Tax) from Georgetown University in 1983.  Prior to joining Erickson|Sederstrom in 1983, Sam was employed on Capital Hill in Corporate Law.  He currently practices in the business and estate planning areas with an emphasis on tax-related matters.

William (Bill) T. Foley

Bill is a shareholder practicing in the business and corporate practice group with emphsis in merger and aquisition and transactional work for a variety of companies.  Other practice areas for Bill include tax consulting, non-profit formation and qualification, including health care entities, real estate, and estate planning.  Bill has extensive experience in representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, including Offers in Compromise, and penalty abatements.  Bill also has successfully appealed property tax assessments and works within the litigation practice group on shareholder and owner disputes in legal entities.
